The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was extremely helpful and spoke great English. The apartment itself was amazing, with modern and fresh furnishings. I especially loved the fact that they provided a 1.5L bottle of water, bread, jam, and butter - a small but thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. the location was perfect, with easy access to the Alhambra and the old town.
There were a few negatives during my stay. there was a problem with the non-smoking policy, as the cleaning staff smoked under our window, causing our apartment to fill with smoke.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the automatic check-in machine was a bit confusing at first, but with the help of the staff, we were able to figure it out.
